Kuwait Power Showdown 1.0

We are doing it again but even bigger! The meet will now be over 2 days with 2 groups. Women are welcome to compete. This meet will be sanctioned by Kuwait Powerlifting Committee meaning your scores will be sent to the Asian Powerlifting Federation.

Come have fun and have your name posted on our gym record board!

In order to register:

1) Fill the required form

2) Pay the required participation fee when you receive the link

Rules:

1) We will weigh you to account for Wilks formula and weight class

2) If you weigh above a weight class we will place you in the preceding weight class (for record purposes)

3) IPF rules and standards apply (if you don’t know IPF rules look them up.)

Prizes (Total)

1st Place: $650 Cash

2nd Place: $500 Cash

3rd Place: $350 Cash

2nd Place: $300 Cash

3rd Place: $150 Cash
